A large, fully equipped marquee with a central open patio located on the ground adjacent to the Paddock.
A private uncovered grandstand right next to the facility with close views over the Turn 1 and rest of the circuit is provided for our guests.
A shared area designed for individual guests or small corporate groups, fully equipped with carpet, design furniture and TV screens to follow life action. Each guest will have assigned a seat.
Groups of 10 guests will have a corporate table with the company name & logo displayed.
A private dedicated Lounge for a single brand or company might be also assigned in this Grand Prix with a minimum of 80 guests. The Corporate VIP Lounge can be customized achieving the corporate or brand identity to create a smart event.
Alternatively, if the group is smaller than the standard minimum number of guests, additional square meters can be purchased to offset under-occupancy.

DEADLINE FOR BOOKINGS
Your purchase or booking must be formalized with previous payment with a minimum period of 30 days prior to the date of the Grand Prix. After this date, IES reserves the right to admit new bookings requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For all purchases made for the 2023 MotoGP VIP Village™ PASS and for the use during the Grand Prixs.
1. Cancellation of the Grand Prix by Dorna and / or the Governmental Authorities
100% refund of the total amount of paid for the VIP Pass.
2. Suspension of the Corporate Hospitality Platform (MotoGP VIP Village™) but the Grand Prix takes place
100% refund of the total amount of paid for the VIP Pass.
3. Cancellation by the client
The cancellation policy on the part of the client will be applied regardless of the reason that incurs it, considering any cause instigated by the current pandemic situation.
· More than 45 days prior to the event: 10% of the total amount
· From 45 to 30 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount
·Less than 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the total amount
IES will only reimburse the amount paid for the VIP PASSES, not being responsible for any further or additional expenses incurred in relation to other services not provided by IES.
