number of guests you are inviting and the type of event that you are planning to organise.

CORPORATE AREA


	Something original, lasting and truly memorable is required to give your company that competitive edge. It is widely acknowledged that corporate hospitality is an essential part of improving customer loyalty and employee motivation. Imagine yourself optimising your selling force, bringing your associates together and operating on the public relations front all at once-whilst enjoying one of the most adrenalin-filled spectacles in sport.



	A Corporate Area is most suitable for companies hosting larger groups of guests, for PR events, press conferences, product launches or simply to enjoy a day at the races. When booking a Corporate Area the interior of each marquee or suite can be tailored to meet your specific corporate need. In order to produce the appearance and atmosphere you require fittings such as carpets, tablecloths and floral arrangements will customised at no extra cost. We have an extensive list of additional supplementary services which can be implemented, modifying your corporate area in order to satisfy your specific requirements. A minimum of 60-80 guests are required at European Grands Prix and between 60-100 guests for Grands Prix outside Europe. Signage Clients may have the logos printed on their passes and on their external signage.

Facilities include: • Exclusive catering and bar service. • Designated signage: your company name and logo can be printed on your VIP passes and displayed on the external signage outside your corporate area. • Adaptable colour scheme: carpet, linen and flower arrangements can be adapted to your corporate image. • Exclusive space: at least 1.5m2 per person. • Dedicated staff and passes - corporate personnel. • Service access for personnel. • Option to choose between classic or modern furniture (MotoGP VIP Village New Concept). • Standard hard wall interior panels. • Private outdoor furniture. • Decorative plants.

	Corporate Areas can be extensively customised to optimise your corporate identity. Our premises allow you the freedom, with our assistance, to create the perfect ambience and deliver an effective message to your clients. We can create the perfect atmosphere and surroundings for your event – whether it is a conference, meeting, product launch, sales team incentive, team building initiative or annual company celebration. We can help with preparation of decoration, stage set-up and transport, with supplementary service facilities including: • Provision of hi-tech audiovisual and sound equipment. • Personalised decoration in your Corporate Area to match your corporate image. • Secure storage. • Shuttle services. • Personnel provision. • Special event assistance/management.

Host a private party in your Corporate Area and enjoy the exclusivity of the MotoGP VIP Village. Two new formats of ‘Post Race’ corporate entertainment are introduced to the MotoGP VIP Village for the 2008 season. 1. LOUNGE



	The Lounge at the MotoGP VIP Village is reserved for smaller groups and single clients. In this area you have the opportunity to interact with other guests visiting the MotoGP VIP Village. This is the perfect place in which to socialise, network or host business meetings. A group consisting of a minimum of 10 people can be provided with a reserved, corporate table, which will be designated by the logo of your company or organization. Groups of under 10 people will share a table with other small parties. Signage Signage must be the company’s business or trade name only. In the case of individuals a first and surname only must be supplied. Corporate tables in the lounge can have logos and company names displayed.
